About the Role

 

As a Client Service Consultant in our Taiwan Operations team, your key responsibility is to provide administrative and logistical support to the Client Service team by managing client documentation, organizing files, and ensuring smooth workflow for Client service team which includes Credit administration, and KYC onboarding processes.

 

In addition, the role involves cross-team collaboration to support various departments, ensuring efficient handling and filing of documentation and assisting with the timely delivery of compliant services to institutional clients.

What will your day look like?

 

As a Client Service Consultant, you will:

 

  • Documentation Management: Ensure accurate and efficient organization, filing, and tracking of client documentation related to Credit Administration and KYC onboarding processes.

  • Workflow Support: Facilitate smooth operational workflows for the Client Service team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and proper coordination of documentation across departments.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to support the completion of client-related tasks and ensure alignment on service delivery.

  • Compliance Support: Assist in maintaining accurate records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

  • Able to understand and communicate in basic English, both written and spoken, to support effective cross-functional collaboration.

  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the identification of opportunities for streamlining administrative processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.

What will you bring?

 

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

 

  • Proficiency in Office Tools: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and experience with document management systems or tools.

  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling documentation.

  • Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders. Able to understand and communicate in basic English, both written and spoken, to support effective cross-functional collaboration.

  • Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team environment and support cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Time Management: Skilled in managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and thoroughness when managing and filing documentation, ensuring compliance and consistency.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address challenges proactively, finding solutions that improve operational efficiency and client service.

  • Knowledge of Compliance Procedures: Willing to observe the knowhow of Credit Administration, KYC, and regulatory requirements relevant to institutional banking.

  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing processes and priorities while maintaining focus on quality and compliance standards.
