About the Role
As a Senior Marketing Manager – 1:1 Direct Marketing, you’ll be part of the Security, Fraud and Scams team and possess extensive data-driven campaign experience, proficiency in managing digital marketing and website personalization, and robust stakeholder management skills. Background includes successful collaboration with creative agencies and in-house partners to develop campaign creative, messaging, and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
You will be responsible for building customer journeys that are best in class to deliver personalised experiences to create, deepen, and maintain customer relationships through personalised contact with customers. You will be part of a cross-functional squad, collaborating with various teams to achieve the best outcomes.
As a Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll be expected to influence and drive delivery & outcomes by working closely with data analysts, campaign analysts and other squad members.

What will your day look like?
As a Senior Marketing Manager, you are responsible for:
- Building out a proactive security education program across fraud and scams
- Delivering integrated 1-1 below the line and web personalised experiences.
- Analyse and segment data to establish key target audiences for campaigns including inclusion and exclusion criteria.
- Define the customer journey and build out best in class messaging that's relevant for the channel.
- Develop ongoing test and learn framework cross channels to optimise to incremental sales, product usage, and retention.
- Measuring, optimising, and stopping campaigns based on key performance metrics.
- Work with creative / production / agencies and partners to develop and productionise campaign messaging.
- Collaborating within a cross-functional squad to ensure seamless integration and execution of personalisation strategies.
- Working with product owners and capability teams to develop and operationalise new personalisation capabilities.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- 7+ years experience in direct marketing or equivalent field highly regarded
- You will have data-driven campaign experience including the ability to lead end-to-end design, delivery and management of 1-1 integrated marketing communications which drive customer engagement.
- Deep knowledge of digital channels and platforms which maximises overall digital execution, innovation and delivery of digitally led customer and commercial outcomes. Proficiency in managing digital marketing, website personalisation or targeted marketing.
- Experience with sourcing and analysing data, drawing insights, performance reporting and campaign optimisation.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in working with creative agency and in-house partners to develop campaign creative, messaging, ensuring alignment to brand guidelines, tone of voice and strategic objectives.
- Strong stakeholder management and experience working with a cross functional team to understand existing processes and journeys and deliver to a communication plan within required timeframes. This includes experience working with data and analytics team to enable segmentation and implement trigger-based campaigns.
- Comprehensive understanding of a range of problem-solving techniques with an ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.
- Experience in fraud and Scams education, highly regarded
