About the Role
Within ANZ we are transforming the way we manage non-financial risk. As a Reporting Lead within the non-financial risk transformation Program, you’ll play a key role in helping to deliver the CPS230 Reporting/ Dashboard solution. You will have the overall responsibility for the delivery of CPS230 Reporting/ Dashboard Solution. You will work closely with the program and business stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and validate requirements for the reporting solution. And you will lead the squad to successfully achieve the common goal of delivering the reporting solution.

What will your day look like?
As a Reporting Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the team achieve strategic objectives, manage risks, and mature capability by:
• Leadership & Vision: Providing leadership, inspiring, and rallying the squad towards a common goal of developing the CPS230 Reporting/ Dashboard Solution in Tableau.
• Project Management: Strong experience being a hands-on Project Leader. Must be able to demonstrate ability to manage the team’s performance & deliver high quality product within set budget and schedule.
• Stakeholder Management: Influence and manage a diverse set of stakeholders with varying expectations, ensuring alignment and buy-in across the organisation.
• Technology & Innovation: Leverage board expertise in data, UX design, systems, and technology to deliver the solution (e.g., Tableau, GCP, Servicenow, Signavio).
• Risk Compliance: Bring knowledge of Non-Financial Risk to challenge and translate the requirements into viable product.
• Change Management: Drive change within the organisation, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Leadership Skills - Providing leadership, inspiring, and rallying the squad towards a common goal.
- Project Management Experience - Strong experience being a hands-on Project Leader. Must be able to demonstrate ability to manage the team’s performance & deliver high quality product within set budget and schedule.
- Sound appreciation of all aspects of compliance and operational risk (incl. knowledge of Non-Financial Risk Framework and CPS230)
- A keen understanding of data visualisation (Qlik, Power BI, Tableau) and cloud solution (GCP)
- Stakeholder Management Experience - Influence and manage a diverse set of stakeholders with varying expectations, ensuring alignment and buy-in across the organisation.
- Ability to contribute independently and work as a part of a team to drive initiatives in an agile delivery environment.
- Ability to think strategically and commercially, drives an adaptive, agile risk culture and motivates organisational change
- Willingness to expand knowledge with new technologies (e.g. self-learning, community involvement, or contributing to open source) bringing benefits into the team
