About the Role
As the Change Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CSO Migration team and the ANZ Plus Migration Program, to ensure that changes are implemented safely within CSO while meeting business needs. Leveraging your change management knowledge, you will assist the CSO Change Manager and the ANZ Plus Migration program to facilitate the successful adoption of new systems, processes, policies, and behaviors by both our customers transitioning to ANZ Plus and our internal teams within CSO. You will work closely with the CSO Change Manager and various departments across CSO to develop and execute change management activities that ensure CSO readiness for ANZ Plus Migration.

Role Type: 12-month Fixed Term
What will your day look like?
As a Change Analyst, you will be:

Documenting the case and vision for change.
-
Facilitating change impact assessments and communicating impacts.

Analyzing journeys to understand and address downstream impacts.
-
Developing a change strategy/plan for business readiness.
-
Supporting communication efforts and stakeholder engagement.

Conducting change readiness assessments and mitigating risks.
What will you bring?
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Participate in workshops to understand change requirements and support positive experiences.

Complete change impact assessments to analyze project impacts within and outside ANZ.

Support development and delivery of change interventions and artefacts aligned to strategic narrative.

Engage, collaborate, and build relationships with stakeholders.

Assess change readiness.
-
Monitor and measure the successful embedment of change within CSO.
