About the Role

As an Officer – International Support Centre (NZ), GCC  in our Customer Services Institutional Operations, you’ll play a key role in helping to contribute to the achievement of  ANZ's customer service delivery in Institutional

What will your day look like?

 

As an Officer – International Support Centre GCC, you will:

 

  • Ensure productivity meets business needs

  • Provide excellent customer service

  • Continually improve processes to enable business to deliver faster and improve customer service proposition

  • Develop and implement ongoing training strategy to enhance performance

  • Idenitfy risk and issues within division and determine remediations plans

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

 

  • Proven experience in a Customer Contact Centre servicing Institutional Customers

  • Demonstrated Customer Service Skills

  • Demonstrated Influencing, negotiation,conflict management  and attention to detail
