Reporting to the Head of Diversified Industries, with a matrix reporting line to the Global Head of Research & Analysis, an Executive Assistant in our team, you’ll play a key role in helping to provide administrative and operational support for two Senior Executives.

What will your day look like?
As an Executive Assistant, you are accountable for:
- Planning and managing all travel and accommodation for two Executives, ensuring cost effectiveness.
- Managing travel accommodation, catering and venue requirements for conferences, meetings and functions hosted by execs, ensuring cost effectiveness.
- Event management, including collating and managing lists of invitees.
- Screening telephone calls, field enquiries, proactively manage requests. Escalate urgent matters.
- Producing general correspondence, presentations, reports etc. of a confidential nature, on behalf of execs
- Act as central liaison point for communication between execs and direct reports ensuring harmonisation and consistency of information.
- Maintaining confidentiality where required.
- Supporting the broader team with general queries and office management.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Experience in secretarial/personal assistant role

Effective communication skills to interact with internal and external customers at all levels

Experience in diary management

Able to manage priorities and conflicting issues in a professional manner

Proven ability to build strong, open and collaborative working relationships

Demonstrated ability to use initiative

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Demonstrated capacity to work under pressure, delivering work in a timely and accurate manner

Excellent planning, problem solving and organising skills
