About the Role
As a Content Operations Specialist, you will collaborate closely with content teams, product owners, analysts, developers, designers and senior managers to ensure the streamlined delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
You champion digital transformation and are excited by it. With experience in content production, risk, governance or analysis, you’re a digital systems champion and born problem solver who is passionate about simplifying and automating the procedures that drive and deliver customer acquisition and engagement outcomes.

What will your day look like?
As a Content Operations Specialist, you are accountable for:

Supporting the simplification of platforms and procedures

Exploring improved adoption and compliance through automation
-
Contributing to content workflow improvements and a multichannel publishing strategy
-
Creating and updating documentation for governance and continuous improvement forums
-
Compile data for periodic reporting
-
Identifying content design, management and activation gaps and opportunities
-
Maintaining and updating procedures and documentation
-
Measuring and documenting effort, volumes, velocity and pain points

Socialising change to teams and senior stakeholders

Supporting change adoption and implementation
