About the Role

 

As a Program Coordinator for the Financial Crime Compliance Program, you will be supporting the planning, execution and monitoring of projects on the FCC Program. The role involves coordinating tasks, managing timelines, liaising with stakeholders and ensuring smooth project delivery. You will support project planning, reporting and documentation ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and in compliance with banking regulations.

 

We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication abilities and experience working in fast-paced environment.

 

Role Location: Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne  

Role Type: Permanent, Fulltime 

What will your day look like?

 

As a Program Coordinator, you will: 

 

  • Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of project activities within the financial crime program.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project artifacts, reports, and team metrics.
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal project teams, senior management, and external vendors.
  • Provide critical administrative support for the program, including assisting with resource allocation, tracking project budgets, managing procurement requests, coordinating vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth project operations.
  • Assist in identifying, tracking, and managing project risks and issues, ensuring they are properly documented and escalated as needed.
  • Support the program’s adherence to financial crime compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks, ensuring that all activities align with organizational standards and industry regulations.

What will you bring?

 

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:  

 

  • Prior experience in project coordination or administrative role, with strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, PPM, and Jira, with exposure to various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in a banking, financial services, or regulatory environment, with a solid understanding of financial crime compliance, risk management, or regulatory frameworks (beneficial but not mandatory).
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
