About the Role


As an Analyst-Change Management in our Tech COO, you’ll play a key role in helping change team to review compliance of change orders, provide governance on changes, Interact with & support change owners, service managers and other change management stakeholders. To ensure changes are implemented with standard lead times and minimum impact to Business

What will your day look like?

The purpose of technology Change Management team is to maximise value for our customers by identifying and mitigating impacts and risk to ANZ business services due to technical changes. Change Management team is accountable to control the identification, approval and implementation of technical changes to the production system which has a potential impact/exposure to ANZ services

 

  • Stakeholders interaction on daily basis.

  • Need to handle Stakeholders queries and be able to resolve any issues arising.

  • An understanding of the change process

  • Handle end- to- end Change requests with utmost efficiency.

  • Ensure that all the required Approvals are in place before the submission of Changes.

  • Partners with Change Coordinators to review all changes and ensure that risk and impact assessment are done according to our defined procedures. Makes decisions regarding risks and changes that could have Business impact.

  • Need to manage high volume on day to day basis.

  • To provide operational support ensuring KPIs and SLA are achieved.

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you’ll ideally bring the following:

  • Good knowledge on ITIL, Change management and Service Management process

  • Presentation skills

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with others at all levels

  • ServiceNow experience

Desired Skills

  • 5 to 6 Years of experience in managing ITIL processes with at least 4 Years in change management

  • ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 certification

  • Good Communication and Leadership skills

  • Graduate Degree (preferably in Information Technology but not mandatory)
